User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between LiNails LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the individual who accepts the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). The Company provides educational materials on the topic of manicure through a closed Telegram channel on a subscription basis. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By joining (in particular, by paying for the subscription and using the materials), the User confirms their full agreement with all the terms of this document.
 

General Provisions

• Legal Entity: LiNails LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a legal entity providing services in its own name. Contact email for communication with the Company: linails2025@gmail.com.

• Subject of the Agreement: The Company provides the User with access to educational materials on manicure (video lessons, methodological recommendations, and other educational materials) through the closed Telegram channel "Lina Nails." Access is provided on a paid subscription basis. The User acquires knowledge that they can apply in their practice but is fully responsible for any consequences of such application.

• Public Offer: This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Payment of the subscription fee by the User and the commencement of use of the materials signifies acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance) of all terms of the Agreement. After acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded on the terms set forth below.

• Age Restriction: The School's services are provided only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old. LiNails LLC does not provide access to materials to individuals under 18 years of age.

• Types of Materials: The Company provides the User with access to the following educational materials on manicure: video recordings of lessons, text guides, master classes, webinars, as well as methodological materials and consultations on the course.

• Access Format: All materials are available through a closed channel in the Telegram messenger. To gain access, the User installs the Telegram application and receives an invitation (link) to the closed channel from the Company after payment.

• Subscription Period: The Company offers various types of subscriptions (monthly, annual, and others), with the access period to materials corresponding to the paid subscription. The Company reserves the right to change the cost and terms of subscriptions with prior notice to the User.

Payment Terms

• Subscription Registration: The User selects the type of subscription and makes payment under the terms specified by the Company (according to the tariffs and payment methods in effect at the time of registration). Payment can be made by the methods specified by the Company, including bank transfer, electronic payments, or other methods at the Company's discretion.

• Payment Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment, the Company manually verifies the payment. If necessary, the User must provide proof of payment (e.g., receipt or invoice). Access to the educational content will be granted after payment confirmation.

• Subscription Renewal: After the paid period ends, the User can renew the subscription by making the next payment. In the absence of payment, access to the closed Telegram channel will be blocked until the subscription is renewed. The Company does not guarantee the retention of materials in the channel after the end of the paid period.

• Refunds: Refunds of paid funds are possible only at the Company's discretion and in cases provided by law. Refund requests should be sent to the specified contact email.

User's Obligations and Rights

The User agrees to:

• Pay the subscription fee in a timely and full manner according to the selected tariff;

• Use the received educational materials solely for personal educational purposes and not transfer them to third parties;

• Comply with the legislation of their country when using the materials, including obtaining necessary licenses, permits, or certificates before applying the knowledge in practice;

• Acknowledge that the application of manicure knowledge is associated with professional responsibility; any adverse results (damage to materials, harm to health, financial losses, etc.) when implementing practical recommendations are entirely the User's responsibility;

• Provide their full name for registration and access to the system, and provide accurate contact information when contacting customer support.

The User has the right to:

• Access educational materials under the terms of the paid subscription;

• Contact the Company's employees for technical or methodological support via email linails2025@gmail.com;

• At any time refuse the Company's services (terminate the subscription) by stopping further payments and leaving the Telegram channel.

Limitation of Liability

• Usage Risks: All materials and recommendations are provided by the Company solely for informational and educational purposes "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of training or practical application of knowledge. The User independently bears full responsibility for the results of their activities (including the quality of work with clients, compliance with hygiene rules, safety techniques, etc.) based on the received materials.

• No Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee that the acquired knowledge will lead to specific professional success or income. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of the materials for the User's purposes and is not responsible for any incompleteness or possible inaccuracies in the content of the educational materials.

• Compliance with Legislation: The Company is not responsible for whether the use of materials complies with the legislation of any country. Compliance with all mandatory legal norms (including obtaining licenses, permits, and certificates) is the User's responsibility.

• Technical Failures: The Company is not responsible for possible failures or interruptions in the operation of the Telegram messenger, internet connection issues, or other technical problems affecting access to the materials. The Company does not guarantee round-the-clock and error-free operation of the channel but makes every effort to ensure stable access.

• Other Risks: The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or other losses of the User arising from the use or inability to use the materials, as well as for actions of third parties to which the User may have been granted access through the acquired knowledge.

Intellectual Property

• Copyright: All rights to educational materials, images, texts, videos, and other objects of intellectual property provided under this Agreement belong to LiNails LLC or lawful right holders.

• Use of Materials: The User is granted a limited non-exclusive license to view and use the materials solely for personal educational purposes.

• Prohibited Actions: Any copying, distribution, public reproduction, commercial use, or transfer of materials to third parties without the Company's written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.

Confidentiality and Personal Data

• Data Collection: The Company collects only minimal personal data from the User: first and last name. Additionally, during registration, Telegram account data may be used, which the User provides themselves when joining the channel. No other personal data (email address, phone number, passport details, etc.) is requested or stored by the Company.

• Purpose of Processing: The collected personal data is used solely for identifying the User, providing access to educational materials
